“I had the pleasure of managing Eduardo during his tenure as an Account Executive at AWS. Eduardo brought strong industry experience and a deep understanding of sales methodologies needed to be successful in role. He was quick to earn the trust of his customers, understand their objectives, and bring forward the correct solution and resources to deliver for them. Eduardo was also active in a number of diversity initiates that benefited AWS on a grander scale.”

My Passions

In late 2024, I founded Malo Lalo, a creative clothing brand with plus size clothing. I’ve utilized my AI, e-commerce and marketing experience to sell across social media and the Etsy marketplace. Just completed my first 50 sales.

Cooking is in my DNA. Both my grandmothers made a living off their infamous recipes. Their ability to bring people together with food has influenced my passion for cooking. My travels have introduced me to new flavors, ingredients and cooking techniques that I eagerly incorporate into new recipes. As my grandmother would say, “I hope you like spicy food because there’s always a seat at my table.”

Account Planning

●. Built a GTM for 6 enterprise accounts (3 -Customer & 3 -Greenfield accounts) with 1yr, 3yr and 5yr targets; Listed big bets, fast wins & renewals for the year; Utilized MEDICC sales methodology to plan & execute sales strategy; reassessed GTM every quarter (AWS)

●. Communicated GTM to my ONETEAM (consisting of my SA, TAM’s, Professional Services, manager, SI Partners & BDRs); Assigned tasks & tracked progress via Asana

●. Composed & aligned all AE/BDR outbound campaigns with marketing & field events for the year

Success from Account Planning

●. AWS hosted a Supply Chain round table exclusively for C-suite customers; Created successful campaign targeting the C-suite leaders from top accounts

●. CIO & SVP of Supply Chain attended the round table; Arranged for the keynote to speak privately w/ the CIO; subsequent meetings scheduled with larger team

●. Discussions led to Supply chain hardware, ML and Analytics deals; Created $2M+ in pipeline over 3 years; Deal was one of my big bets in the account plan

The Bigger Purpose

Volunteering has been an integral part of my life, serving as a cornerstone of my commitment to paying it forward and making a positive impact on the community. Whether serving on a board or actively recruiting at work, I aim to create a positive space for all. I volunteered on the Prospanica Bay Area from 2015-2022. As President of the chapter, I had the opportunity to lead fireside chats with the Chief Diversity Officer of Visa and the CFO of Genentech. During my tenure, I introduced 500+ MBA’s from over 25 schools across the country to companies like Visa, Genentech, Google, Constellation Brands, CBRE, AAA and Amazon.
